| Day 1: |
Fly to Victoria, BC where you and your guests will be welcomed by your BC Golf Safaris corporate host. Transfer by private charter coach to the Westin Bear Mountain Victoria Golf Resort & Spa. The hotel is a new 156-room luxury resort set in the 160,000 square foot clubhouse at Bear Mountain. The hotel’s amenities include a 6,000 square foot conference facility, the full service Santé Spa, Panache fine dining restaurant, The Copper Rock Grill, Master’s Lounge, and full proshop. Adjacent to the hotel are two additional restaurants, Azuma Sushi and Jack’s Place, as well as the 14,000 square foot Mountainside Athletic Club with heated outdoor saltwater pool and hot tub.
Your group will be given one-bedroom suites. The one-bedroom suites are approximately 750 square feet and feature expansive views of the golf course fairways, Mount Finlayson and Bear Mountain Village. All suites feature king-size Heavenly Beds®, luxurious bathrooms with deep soaker tubs, natural slate flooring, two televisions, and in-room high-speed internet connection. All suites have full kitchens, a dining room area and a separate living area with a comfortable sofa-bed.
Gather at 7:00 p.m. in the Highlands Room for a full buffet dinner and welcoming addresses.
Your BC Golf Safaris corporate host will be there to welcome everyone to Victoria, explain the golf tournament format and the foursomes for the rounds of golf.
Spend the remainder of the evening enjoying all that this incredible four-star resort has to offer. |
| Day 2: |
Meet at 8:00 a.m. for morning meetings and a full buffet breakfast.
A refreshment service with fresh coffee, tea, muffins and juice will be served at 10:30 a.m.
Break from meetings at noon and make your way at your leisure to the pro-shop. Your BC Golf Safaris corporate host will be there to meet with your clients, ensure that everything is to their satisfaction, and direct them to their appropriate golf cart.
Play Bear Mountain Golf & Country Club (1:00 – 1:50 p.m.). Designed by the legendary Jack Nicklaus and his son Steve Nicklaus, Bear Mountain is being heralded as one of the greatest courses in Canada. Play it once and you will understand why. Set on the slopes of a wooded mountain, the course takes golfers through forests, around rock bluffs, over lakes and streams and beside some of the most awe-inspiring scenery on the island. You are sure to enjoy your round on this Nicklaus Masterpiece!
Your group will be provided with box lunches on your powercarts.
Meet on the deck at Jack’s Grill for casual drinks and appetizers at approximately 7:00 p.m. A BBQ Dinner will start at 7:30 p.m.
Your BC Golf Safaris corporate host will join you to ensure that everyone enjoyed themselves and explain the tournament format and pairings for the next day of golf.
Spend the remainder of the evening networking with your associates and enjoying all that Bear Mountain Resort and the surrounding area has to offer. |
| Day 3: |
Meet at 8:00 a.m. for morning meetings and a full buffet breakfast.
A refreshment service with fresh coffee, tea, muffins and juice will be served at 10:30 a.m.
Break from meetings at noon and transfer ten minutes by private coach to your second course. Your BC Golf Safaris corporate host will accompany your group to ensure that everything is to their satisfaction, and direct them to their appropriate golf carts at the course.
Play Olympic View Golf Club (1:00 – 1:50 p.m.). Voted as one of Canada’s top thirty-five courses, Olympic View is a challenging but absolutely beautiful course. With two waterfalls, tree-lined fairways and manicured grounds the score almost becomes unimportant at Olympic View. I’m sure you will love this challenging course.
Your group will be provided with box lunches on your powercarts.
Return to Bear Mountain for a gourmet west coast meal at Panache restaurant.
Your BC Golf Safaris corporate host will join you to ensure that everyone enjoyed themselves, review the tournament and hand out all the team prizes.
Spend your final evening networking with your associates and enjoying all that Bear Mountain Resort and the surrounding area has to offer. |
