 Kelowna Springs Golf Club is located just ten minutes from downtown Kelowna and is a great choice for golfers looking for an enjoyable round that doesn’t break the golf vacation pocket book.
Designed by Les Furber and opened in 1990, Kelowna Springs Golf Club is a great combination of modern construction and Furber’s magic. Golfer’s looking to dominate Kelowna Spring’s relatively short 6176 yards quickly realize that intentions and reality are two very different things. Kelowna Springs has water in its play on two thirds of holes and all greens are well defended with sand, tiering, and subtle breaks.
 A great example of Kelowna Springs Golf Club’s brand of golf is the par-four seventeenth hole. A 408 yard sixty-degree dogleg right around a massive water hazard, the seventeenth makes golfers consider their options before teeing off. Long hitters can consider shortening the hole by cutting the corner over the lake and be inside 50 yards for their second shot. Moderate hitters should stay up the left side of the fairway to avoid the water and accept that they will be going at the well defended two-tiered green with a mid iron. Position on the green is key to have a fighting chance at par.
Kelowna Springs’ amenities include an eighteen-hole putting course designed by Les Furber, a fully stocked pro-shop, clubhouse, meeting rooms, Legend’s Golf Grill and a shaded deck overlooking the 18th green.
